Located in the beautiful Baleal, 3.5 KM from Peniche. We teach multiple disciplines of yoga for all levels with qualified teachers. All classes are drop in. We provide mats, blocks and belts - you are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one. It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before a yoga class. Classes are approximately 90 mins.

Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (nonviolence, non-harming), nda (music), and dhyana (meditation)
The classic yoga - all other styles of yoga are based on this practice. A slower class based on a combination of about 15-20 standing and seated postures. Holding each posture for 10 - 15 breaths.
Our slowest and most relaxing style of yoga, a great way to relax and recharge. Approximately 15 postures all mostly lying down on your back on the mat. Lengthening and extending tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. Clearing meridians and nourishing our organs.
Our strongest practice based on the sequence of Pattabhi Jois. Approximately 35 postures, begining and closing sequence and a selection of primary series postures. A led class that incorporates a cardio vascular element. Great for surf training!
A dynamic practice also approximately 35 postures and incorporating a cardio vascular element - fun and challanging.
A medium paced practice focussing on lower back, spine, shoulders and neck.
