Located in the beautiful Baleal, 3.5 KM from Peniche. We teach multiple disciplines of yoga for all levels with qualified teachers. All classes are drop in. We provide mats, blocks and belts - you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish. It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours before a yoga class. Classes are approximately 90 mins. Studio opens at 9am.
All classes are for all levels - everyone is welcome! We need at least 2 students to run a class. If you have a group of at least 4 we can run a class for you at a time of your choice.
Massage availabe to book between yoga class times
The classic yoga - all other styles of yoga are based on this practice. A slower class based on a combination of about 15-20 standing and seated postures. Holding each posture for 10 - 15 breaths.
Hatha / Iyengar
The same as above with a stronger focus on alighnment and use of props.
Our strongest practice based on the sequence of Pattabhi Jois. Approximately 35 postures, begining and closing sequence and a selection of primary series postures. A led class that incorporates a cardio vascular element. Great for surf training!
A dynamic practice incorporating a cardio vascular element - fun and challanging, focussing on elements such as balance, dristi (gaze/concentration), flexibility and agility.
A medium paced hatha practice that selects postures focussing on lower back, spine, shoulders and neck. This can be combined with other disciplines.
